I'm glad you got encouraging news, and I hope you can make the necessary changes to promote better health. I used to get sick almost weekly when I worked in a big office, but my health improved dramatically when I started washing my hands or using hand sanitizer as frequently as possible. If that isn't already part of your routine, I recommend giving it a try.
