The start of another perfect day

You wake up 2 hours before the alarm is due to go off and don't get back to sleep again.
Your normal 45 minute journey to work suddenly becomes 2 hours (overturned lorry blocking 2 lanes of the M4).
On the 'up' side, one of my colleagues has just volunteered to get me a decent coffee, so it's not all bad!
