Nose go ow!

bookzombieYou know that I have mentioned on these pages before that I am a little accident prone? Well, another example:
Yesterday I was clearing the patio of a load of old carpet and other bits and pieces, planning to take them to the dump. This included my old pc monitor that died a month or so ago.
Anyway, I loaded everything into the car, drove to the Andover depo, opened the car door, got a firm grip on the pc monitor, lifted it...and the base happily swung around and clouted me on the nose! How do I manage to do this sort of thing?
Still a little sore, but luckily not broken!
