Gym-gymany, gym-gymany, gym-gym-cher-ee
Jun. 9th, 2005 08:22 amI finally did something yesterday that I never thought I'd do - I joined a gym (or 'Health Club' as they insist on calling it).
The main reason was to save me time. I know that this may not seem to make much sense but bear with me!
I've been doing my exercises at home for the last few years, but with moving the equipment about and the working day seeming to get longer and longer its getting to be a real strain to fit everything in. But the gym is not far from the office which means I can do my exercise at lunchtime. I also get a company discount!
But the main advantage is that it should give me up to an hour extra time in the evenings, 3 days a week!
WisCon report continues to be scuppered by other things - I've got a review of a 'Guys and Dolls' recording to write as soon as possible. Ho, hum.
