bookzombieSo we're back from what was a really enjoyable Wiscon, if a slightly odd one for me, in the sense that I spent far more time sitting around talking to people and only went to two panels apart from the two I was on. Afterwards we stayed withbadger2305 and lynnal's at their splendid new abode. Thanks again for looking after us, guys!
Back home, the house extension is proceeding apace. The first floor main construction is now complete and has a ceiling! Next, the upper floor... I'll be glad when it's done, though - the washing machine is now in our already-cramped bathroom and someone scrapedpennski's car this afternoon when it was parked on the side of the road (still drivable and Pennski wasn't in it at the time, so not serious - but the car would normally be parked on the drive.)
Back to work tomorrow (boo!) but rehearsals for Pirates of Penzance on Tuesday (yay!)
