Dalek love

bookzombieOne of those moments that make an old Doctor Who fan go 'ahhhh'.
In Waterstones in Basingstoke they have a (now rather battered) full-size Dalek model. As I walked past a little blonde girl, probably no more than 3 years old wandered up to the Dalek and exclaimed loudly: 'I love you Dalek!' and then spent the next couple of minutes just gazing up at it adoringly.
It was so cute I could die...

Sadly, the bookshop isn't there any more. I hope someone gave the Dalek a good home.
