Grottiness abounds

Spent all day in a workshop for a major new project, but for several reasons I've come in halfway through the phase and I'm still trying to catch up. I don't like being in sessions where I have nothing to contribute.
In addition, morning session overran and so I didn't get to the gym at lunchtime.
Shortly after lunch, I sneezed then noticed that my throat was a bit sore. Now it's very sore and I've got a bit of a temperature. And I've got a three day training course for the rest of the week, so can't take it easy.
Also, Penny is away tonight with work stuff.
As you may have gathered I'm feeling just a bit sorry for myself...
(Incidentally, the new picture was taken at the last Eastercon by British fan and editor of the fanzine 'Tortoise', the very wonderful Sue Jones. Okay, it's come out a bit yellow (I've had a play around with it in CodedColor and improved it slightly) but it is one of the very few photos of me that I quite like.)
