pennski's sister and in the kitchen is a photograph of the two of us from about ten years ago and it was a wonderful reminder of just how overweight I used to be. I had no visible cheekbones, for goodness sake! Not only that, but the photo was taken before I got to my maximum weight.
So I might be a half stone more than I would really like to be right now, but I feel much better having seen something to compare myself with!
(Apologies for scarcity of posting recently. Work has pretty much been taking all my available brain power recently!).
