Well, here I am, first LJ posting.
Just got back from WisCon, an SF Convention in Madison, Wisconsin, with particular interest in Feminist issues.
At the con I had so many people giving the Gospel According to LiveJournal that I couldn't resist any longer, so here I am!
This will be a fairly general sort of journal - comments, thoughts, maybe the occasional review - we'll see how we go.

So to all those who twisted my arm - thanks, I think!

Anyway, we flew home from Chicago overnight, I've had a few hours sleep this afternoon and I think I might need some more, so see you later.

I got to talk to you at least three times while you were here in Madison, but never DID remember to quiz you about the new Doctor Who episodes.

Therefore you must come back to WisCon next year... :-)

New Who

There's only a couple of weeks left of the season now, so I'll probably post some sort of review when it's done.

The short assessment is generally extremely good. The only real negative I would say is that a couple of the single-episode stories have been a bit fluffy.
